Return Policy
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- All components must be included (e.g., Bibles must include dust covers; mugs must include care instructions).
- Return shipping labels are not provided.
- Refunds are issued after the return is received, minus the original shipping cost and shipping tax.

How to Return an Item
If your order meets the requirements above, please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include your name and order number inside the package.

Please allow up to 14 business days for our warehouse to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

If you recently placed your order and need to change your shipping address, you may request this change by emailing us.

Please include the following information in an email to store@thebiblerecap.com:
- First & Last Name
- Order Number
- Email associated with your order
- The correct shipping address for your order

Please note: Submitting a request does not guarantee the change. As soon as orders are placed the fulfillment process begins. We do our best to act on shipping address changes in a timely manner, but sometimes we are unable to catch it before an order ships.

If you placed an order and it has not yet shipped, you may request cancellation by emailing us.

- Email associated with your order

Please note: Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. As soon as orders are placed the fulfillment process begins. We do our best to act on cancellation requests in a timely manner, but sometimes we are unable to catch it before an order ships.

Our store is not setup to handle exchanges. Please refer to our return policy if you would like to return your item.

You may then place another order for the item you want to receive.
